Home swap in Rotterdam

In Rotterdam, both Woonstad Rotterdam and Havensteder require both tenants to have lived in their current home for at least a year and to have no rent arrears. You must also be registered as a home seeker with Woonnet Rijnmond; at Woonstad your built-up registration time lapses after the swap, so weigh that up first. The rent can change after the swap. At Havensteder, homes under article 10 of the Rotterdam Act also require a police screening of household members aged 16 and over and a municipal housing permit.
