Nijmegen's landlords include Woonwaarts and Portaal. At Woonwaarts you must both have lived in your current home for at least a year, have a clear and important reason for the swap, and your swap partner must be registered with Entree. Woonwaarts does not mediate: you find a partner yourself, and an application can be refused even if all conditions are met. Portaal charges nothing, but you pay €150 if you back out; expect about eight weeks to the new contract there.
