What we do
On Thuis Ruilen, tenants list their home and look for a swap partner in the city they want to move to. Homes of people who want to move to your city are shown first. You then arrange the swap together with your landlords.
Thuis Ruilen is available as a website (thuis-ruilen.nl) and as an app for Android and iPhone, in Dutch, English and Arabic. Messages between tenants can be translated automatically.
Who is behind it
Thuis Ruilen is made and run by Imidos from Eindhoven. Thuis Ruilen is not a landlord, estate agent or housing association and does not decide on swaps.
